Anyone who wears a TAG Heuer watch around their wrist can be said to be relatively well off, at least more than the average man on the street if he or she purchased the timepiece with their own hard earned money, and not on credit. After all, TAG Heuers are not cheap to say the least, and you can more or less guess that any other merchandise that carries the same name will also cost you a fair amount of cash. The handset business is a niche one, but that does not mean TAG Heuer is not going to venture into this market. Their latest product is the TAG Heuer RACER luxury handset, but it is also well protected against standard knocks and drops, thanks to a shockproof rubber chassis that is supported and strengthened by the screwed-in titanium and carbon fiber bridges.

The TAG Heuer RACER is no doubt inspired by TAG Heuer’s heritage in GT cars and Formula 1, and will run on the Android operating system alongside a high speed processor. There is also a new customizable 3D user interface which will definitely appeal to techies as well. The new TAG Heuer RACER range will start from 2,800€ upwards when it arrives later this July.
