Depending on your usage, the mileage that you get from your smartphone’s battery will vary. However if you consider yourself to be a heavy user that ends up with 10% before the day is out, then a portable charging solution might be just what you need. If that describes you, Verbatim (who normally deals in storage) has announced a series of portable chargers for mobile devices.

Starting with the AA Power Pack, as the name has implied, this will be powered by 4 alkaline batteries and should provide you with a couple more hours worth of use and will retail at $19.99. Next up is the Ultra-Slim Power Pack with a 1,200mAh battery that will give you an almost full recharge, unless of course you’re running on the Droid RAZR MAXX. Then there is the Portable Power Pack with a 2,200mAh battery that will go for $39.99 and should be able to handle smartphones with larger batteries.

Last but not least is the Dual USB Power Pack, which for $89.99 will provide users with a 10,000mAh portable charger that they will be able to use while on the go. With a portable charger of that capacity, this should be enough to charge your smartphone a couple of times and possibly tablets as well. Additional details can be found at Verbatim’s website.
