Last week, we reported that Google’s Nexus 7 tablet already began shipping to customers in the U.S. who were able to pre-order the device. And just a few days after the announcement, it seems that the highly-anticipated tablet is now shipping to U.K. as well. The Nexus 7 tablet is now shipping through retailers PC World and Currys. Both retailers are selling the 16 GB version of the device for £199.99. So, if you’ve already pre-ordered one, it should be arriving at your doorstep soon.

For now, no word about the availability of the 8 GB variant in the U.K. has been reported. The 7-inch Nexus 7 tablet is Google’s first tablet and is also the first tablet to run Android 4.1 a.k.a. Jelly Bean. It is powered by a Tegra 3 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with a 12-core GPU. Check out the latest news surrounding Google’s Nexus 7 tablet here.
