Some of you Blackberry users out there might be familiar with the desktop software called Blurt. For the uninitiated, Blurts is a software for your computer that pairs with your Blackberry via Bluetooth and through an app and will basically display notifications from your phone on your computer. This allows users to check who messaged them or who’s calling or who sent them a text message without having to look at their phone and let them choose whether they want to answer that call or reply that message. The good news for Blurts users is that according to a Twitter post by its developer, MLH Software, it looks like Blurts will be getting an update in the future that will allow the display of BBM messages. This is a significant update considering that BBM is one of the core features of owning a Blackberry device. The company has stated via its Twitter that they are looking for beta testers to try out the program in the upcoming weeks, so if you’re interested you might want to get in touch with them. In the meantime those who are still clueless, you can find out more about Blurts here.
