Once in a while, it is nice to go through photos of old mobile devices and to see not only how technology has evolved, but usage patterns and design language. One Blackberry fan has done just yet by creating a fan-made commercial for Blackberry’s latest smartphone, the Z10. It basically takes the viewer back to the good old days of older Blackberry devices that did not come with touchscreens and instead of focusing on apps and photography and web browsing, which is what modern day smartphone commercials seem to be doing, this ad focuses on the communication aspects of mobile devices, or at least Blackberry’s devices, back in the day. The ad goes through several different Blackberry models before arriving at the Z10, a stark contrast to Blackberry’s older products. If you have a couple of minutes to spare, be sure to check it out!
