To Tizen or not to Tizen? That is the question. As for the answer, that remains to be seen. We have heard a whole lot about Tizen from Samsung in the past, and it seems that Tizen will be making an appearance over at Mobile World Congress 2014 that is happening in Barcelona later next month after all. How do we know that? Samsung has sent out invites to a Tizen event which will happen at MWC 2014, where this particular event will show off the latest Tizen devices in tow.
You might just wonder what kind of devices would Samsung offer, as we only have an announcement about a camera so far, which so happens to be a variant of the Android-powered Galaxy NX. This particular event will take place at the Arts Hotel in Barcelona on February 23, where it will be an invite-only event. Do expect to see representatives from some of the biggest Korean carriers, among them include SK Telecom, KT and LG U+. NTT DoCoMo, who is the biggest carrier in the Land of the Rising Sun at this point in time, will most likely not make its way there since they have already cancelled their initial plans to roll out a device that runs on Tizen.
