Xperia-Z3-screenIt was not too long that we saw alleged Sony Xperia Z3 Compact’s “About” screen leak out, and here is yet another “About” screen – which purportedly happens to hail from the larger sized and much rumored about Xperia Z3, front panels and all. In this new “About” screen, it looks as though it would fall under the Sony D6653 territory, which has been certified by certain quarters and points toward a possible Xperia Z3 model. Apparently, the upcoming Xperia smartphone will have Android 4.4.4 KitKat running right out of the box, where it will be powered by a 2.5GHz 8974-AC Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, which also happens to keep the likes of the LG G3 and Samsung Galaxy S5 chugging along.

It does seem as though the initial pixel resolution of the alleged Xperia Z3 will remain at 1,080 x 1,920 pixels, which means the folks at Sony are not preparing this device to make the leap into the world of Quad HD at the moment. This is not exactly a bad thing, you know, since it would translate to greater power savings in the long run, and can your eyes really make out so many pixels after a long while?

We would like to take the leaked screenshot on the right with a pinch of salt – perhaps even two, since rumors have shown their true colors to be false from time to time.
