We had expected that Sledgehammer Games would keep this trailer under the wraps until Gamescom 2014 but it went ahead anyway and released the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare multiplayer trailer ahead of the conference. This is the first time that CoD fans get a good look at this title’s multiplayer feature. The multiplayer experience can sway gamers when it comes to titles like Call of Duty and so far it looks pretty impressive on Advanced Warfare.

One of the biggest differences in Advanced Warfare is that players will be equipped with exoskeleton suits in the game. This brings some new features that were not possible before such as quick movements, boost and cloaking.

The exoskeletons offer seven new abilities that run off the suit’s power. These include Overlock which makes the player faster for a short time, Shield which essentially puts up a shield in front of the player, Ping which displays weapons fire on the map and many more.

At launch the title will have 12 modes which include modes that we have come to love from previous CoD installments. These include Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Search and Destroy, Domination and more. Uplink is a brand new mode in which a team needs to pick up data and get it to their floating uplink.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is going to be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and the PC on November 4th.
