Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is the latest installment in this franchise and now that it has been opened up to gamers, with a launch on a wider scale taking place tomorrow, it is about time that the companion app was released. Fortunately gamers don’t have to wait for it to drop. The official Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare companion app has now been released for Android.

Do keep in mind that this app isn’t the full-fledged CoD: Advanced Warfare game for Android. It is an app that allows gamers to tweak their in-game clans as well as create new emblems for their clan, those are the main features offered by this app.

However the app does contain a sort of mini-game which provides players with exclusive loot that can then be used within the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare game on consoles or the PC.

Given that its a pre-requisite to have the latest Call of Duty title, this application won’t serve you any purpose if you haven’t already spent $59.99 on Advanced Warfare. Don’t worry though as you won’t be made to pay for this application. The official Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare companion app is available as a free download for Android.
