oneplus one miniFor those who are unfamiliar or who might have forgotten, the OnePlus One features a 5.5-inch display. Now there are some users who are perfectly happy with the screen’s size, but there are those who might find that 5.5-inches is a bit too big for one-handed use. Well if you’re in the latter camp, you might be interested to learn that the rumors have suggested that a OnePlus One “mini” version could be in the works.

The folks at GizmoChina have recently managed to get their hands on photos which allegedly show off the “mini” version of the OnePlus One. So how “mini” are we looking at? Based on the photos it still looks pretty big, but if the rumors are to be believed, the “mini” version of the OnePlus One could feature a 5-inch display versus the 5.5-inch found on the OnePlus One.

It’s not exactly a huge drop in size, but at the same time we reckon there are users out there who might appreciate the slight reduction nonetheless. The rumors are also suggesting that the phone could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset, sport dual 8MP cameras (front and back), and will run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat.

The rumors have also suggested that the phone could be priced at a rather affordable $241.95. In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but what do you guys make of a “mini” OnePlus One? Is this a phone you wouldn’t mind getting your hands on?
