nabi-big-tab[CES 2015] You don’t say – Fuhu certainly wants their nabi Big Tab range of Android-powered devices to live up to their respective names. After all, these would arrive in form factors that are in the domain of TVs, and not tablets as the name suggests, featuring 32″, 43″, 55″ and 65″ sizes. The reason behind this? They have been specially designed in order to be true centerpieces of the digital home, not to mention Fuhu has this idea of making use of technology in order to bring families together via the collaborative nature of the larger format.

Regardless of the size, all of them will run on the latest Android software, while boasting Fuhu’s very own Blue Morpho operating system. It will be perfect to be mounted on a wall – whether in the living room or in the bedroom, where the larger 55″ and 65″ nabi Big Tabs will boast of Ultra HD resolution (while the smaller 32″ and 43″ variants do offer Full HD) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and near-field communications (NFC) compatibility, in addition to HDMI input.

These new XL format touchscreens will boast of 20-40 point capacitive touch, depending on the model, making it ideal for a slew of original multiplayer gaming experiences and creativity/art apps. There is no word on pricing as at press time, but you can be sure that growing children would definitely find an interest in these.
