[CES 2015] Holi, a company that hails from Europe, is well known for it specializing in new generation of lightning devices that make use of LED technologies. In fact, they have just launched its second product known as the SleepCompanion which will hopefully, let you sleep better with the help of the right kind of light.

With sleep deprivation being a major problem especially in urban areas, getting enough sleep – and quality sleep at that, is of utmost importance. The SleepCompanion happens to be a connected LED light which will hopefully be able to get the job done of letting one improve their natural sleep. SleepCompanion has been clinically proven to function as a special lighting solution. This is made possible thanks to the merging of an exclusive light-bulb which has been specially designed so that it can synchronize the body’s biological rhythm alongside a smartphone app, where it will then analyze sleep quality while providing personalized advice to improve one’s sleep.

In addition, SleepCompanion will work with the sleeping phase, the awakening phase, and offer its very own analysis so that it can help one to better understand the importance of the sleep and its environment. The special bulb merges 20 different light sources so that it will produce precise light wavelengths which are required by the body to sleep and wake up naturally. The app itself will do the hard work of measuring and analyzing the duration, quality and environment of sleep. All you need to do is to replace the light-bulb in your bedside lamp with the SleepCompanion, and have it hook up with the SleepCompanion app and you’re good to go.

There are 3 different programs to choose from, and the app will play nice on iOS 8+ or Android 4.3+ platforms, as it works via Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. The asking price for the SleepCompanion is $99 each as it arrives later this February.
