nokia-headquarters-logo-sign-001-630x472Indonesia as a country has come under scrutiny at the end of last year and well into the new year due to the disappearance – and subsequently, discovery of the ill fated AirAsia flight as it made its way from Surabaya to Singapore. Well, here is less distressful news – it seems that a previously unheard of smartphone model under the Lumia range, known as the RM-1099, has already passed inspection over in Indonesia.

While that is an interesting bit of information to know, the drawback would be this – it also happens to be the only bit of information that we have available concerning the RM-1099. Unlike TENAA or the FCC, additional details would certainly be able to be gleaned from their respective certification filings. In the past, other Lumia models such as the RM-1072 and RM-1077 were certified in Indonesia, where the latter came with a 5” display at 720 x 1280 resolution.

It seems that Microsoft is certainly putting in the hours to deliver a slew of new smartphone models, where among them include the RM-1062 that has been widely suspected to be the Microsoft Lumia 1330. I guess we will jolly well know in due time as more details will hopefully be revealed. Are you excited as to what the future holds for the RM-1099?
