Project Cars is the one upcoming game that I am really looking forward to. I’ve been keeping an eye on this title ever since Slightly Mad Studios was raising money for its development. It was later picked up by Bandai Namco for full distribution. Today a new trailer has been released online which shows off the Project Cars career mode.

Its actually called an “in-depth” trailer which is almost five minutes and contains commentary which explains the various options in the title’s career mode.

The trailer shows how players will be able to create and customize their devices, and how they will be able to progress through the title by achieve specific goals. There’s actually quite a bit to be had in this mode, including but not limited to titles, invitations, endorsements and more.

Project Cars was initially supposed to be released in November 2014. Back then the developer said it had to delay release until March 20th so that extra work could be done to bring this title up to expectations.

Yesterday we heard news of another delay from Slightly Mad Studios. Project Cars now has a new release date, April 2nd, when it will finally arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC. The studio says the extra wait is going to be worth it once the game launches.
