The BlackBerry Classic is meant for the company’s loyal users who have been waiting for a worthy successor to their Bold 9900 for far too long. Late last year BlackBerry finally came through and released the Classic. It brings back the trackpad and function key belt, two things that most diehard BB users can’t live without, as well as BB10 OS and a full QWERTY keyboard. It is now on sale at Amazon for an enticing price.

BlackBerry Classic is a very robust device for getting things done. It won’t be the best choice if you’re looking for a device to play games on and consume media content. This is meant purely as a tool for staying on top of work and that’s something it does with near perfection.

All of the classic BlackBerry elements are there. The full QWERTY keyboard has a familiar feel to it if you’ve used BB devices in the past, so does the trackpad and key belt, while the design really does make it look like a proper Bold 9900 successor.

This smartphone was launched late last year and it has been sold unlocked and off-contract through Amazon for $449. As part of the sale Amazon has knocked down the price to just $403. If you have been on the fence about this device now is probably the right now to spend your money on it.
