lg g4On the 28th of April, LG will officially announce the LG G4 and based on what we know about the handset so far, it certainly sounds like a device worth getting excited over. To make stir that excitement and build up anticipation, LG has some good news for you guys. The company has recently announced their plans to give away 4,000 units of their upcoming handset where customers will get to test drive it for up to 30 days.

The good news is that this giveaway will not be limited to members of the press, employees, or celebrities. It will be open to the public where it will begin in South Korea starting today, before expanding to other countries such as Turkey, Indonesia, Singapore, the United States, China, India, Brazil, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Mexico, Japan and Hong Kong.

The participating countries will run their own social media campaign in which users are expected to express their interest as to why they deserve a free LG G4. The winners will then be given the handset ahead of the launch so that they can show it off to their friends and family. If you’re interested in getting a free LG G4 for yourself and if you’re from one of the countries mentioned above, keep an eye out for your local LG social media page for the details.

In the meantime for the rest of us who might not win, there is no word when the handset will officially go on sale, but the details will be announced on the 28th of April so be sure to check back with us then for more information.
