T-Mobile Offering Free Galaxy S6/S6 Edge Memory Upgrades

galaxy-s6-vs-galaxy-s6-edge_01While some might argue that microSD cards in smartphones tend to be more trouble than they are worth, it’s nice to know that whatever default storage offered by the OEM is not necessarily fixed. However some OEMs such as Samsung have declined to offer microSD card support in their latest flagship smartphones.

This means that if you wanted the 64GB model, you’d have to pay considerably more compared to buying a microSD card. Now if this has somewhat put you off from purchasing the Galaxy S6 or the Galaxy S6 Edge, we have some good news for you. It turns out that T-Mobile will be running a promotion in which they will give users free memory upgrades on their purchases.

What does this mean? Basically if you were to buy the 64GB model, instead of paying the asking price for the 64GB model, you will instead pay the 32GB model’s price which is essentially a savings of $80. Alternatively you could opt for the larger 128GB model and pay the price of the 64GB model and save yourself $100, making it even better.

Now this is a short time deal as it will run starting on the 24th of June which is this Wednesday and will carry until the 27th of June which is Saturday, so if you have yet to purchase a new phone but are considering it, perhaps this will make you want to buy the Galaxy S6/S6 Edge. So, any of our readers planning on taking advantage of this offer?
