fb photo editWhen you upload photos onto Facebook, it’s a relatively straightforward process where you select the photos you want, add a caption, tag a friend, and you’re done. If you want to post-process your photo, you will need to do it beforehand on a separate app, like Photoshop for example.

However according to a report from The Next Web, it seems that Facebook has stepped up their photo editing tools on the web. Now when users upload photos onto the social media’s website, they have the option of doing more than just adding captions and tagging friends, as you can see in the screenshot above.

Basically the web photo uploader tool will now give users more powerful tools to edit their photos beforehand. This includes adding a variety of different filters to their photos ala Instagram. Users will also be able to overlay text so if the regular caption isn’t doing it for you, then this should do the trick.

There will also be the ability to add stickers to your photos, which is something Facebook had previously launched for mobile devices called Stickered. These features should be available to you now, but in case it isn’t, we expect that eventually it will be rolled out to you so keep an eye out for it.
