When Windows 10 rolled out worldwide this July 29, gamers could also rejoice, knowing that along with that, came the best of the Xbox Live gaming network to the Windows 10 platform. After all, Windows 10 is not a boring operating system which targeted just office drones, but it has been built with gamers in mind. How so? through the integration of several popular Xbox features like Game DVR, screenshots, Avatars and Achievements, not to mention game streaming from Xbox One to Windows 10 PCs. In the August update for the Xbox, this game streaming feature has just upped the ante by supporting streaming games in 1080p/60fps, now how about that?

Your eyes will definitely be pleased with this particular updated feature, as the new streaming capability will cater best for those who have home networks that carry adequate bandwidth. In order to activate this feature, head on to the Xbox app on Windows 10, go to Settings > Game Streaming and set the video encoding level to Very High, and this will then open the floodgates for it to stream games from your Xbox One to your Windows 10 PC at 1080p and 60fps. Definitely one of the features not to be trifled with, don’t you think so? [Press Release]
