predator-8-fccWhenever a particular device is about to hit the market over here in the US, you can be sure that it would have needed to be put through the paces over at the FCC. Having been announced at the recently concluded IFA 2015 event earlier this month, the Acer Predator 8 gaming tablet is all set to debut – which is why it has made its way over to the FCC, prior to its scheduled sale this coming November for $299 a pop.

The FCC listing itself for the Acer Predator 8 does not reveal too much new information concerning the specialized gaming tablet, but one thing is for sure – it is going to arrive in the US later this fall. Just to refresh our memories, the Acer Predator 8 gaming tablet has been specially designed for portable gaming, hence the presence of an Intel Atom x7-8700 processor that will be accompanied by a lovely 8” 1920 x 1200 resolution display, while your ears will be treated to a classy performance by a quartet of front-facing speakers.

Not only that, Acer will throw in up to 64GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, a 5MP shooter at the back, a 2MP camera in front, and 802.11n 2×2 MIMO WiFi connectivity.
