There are only a few characters in the Star Wars franchise that stand out above the rest, one that have dedicated fan followings and a real sense of community between fans, and Darth Vader is surely one of those characters. While he didn’t feature in the latest Star Wars movie  for reasons know to those who have seen previous films, as per a new rumor our favorite villain might return to the franchise in a new movie.

Aside from completing the new Star Wars trilogy, Disney is also going to make three spin-off Star Wars movies by 2020 and one those is going to be Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

The events of Rogue One are said to take place between episodes III and IV of the original trilogy, a time when Darth Vader is at the height of his powers, having fully completed the transition from Anakin Skywalker to Darth Vader.

The report claims that the team for this movie has created an exact replica of Vader’s costume as seen in A New Hope, apparently it’s so close to the original costume that everybody involved is very happy with the work done by Brian Muir and his team.

It’s even claimed that James Earl Jones is involved in the project, who voiced the iconic character in the original trilogy, and apparently a CGI version of the Grand Moff Tarkin has also been created by Disney for this movie. Those who have seen this movie know the Vader is usually seen around Governor Tarkin.

None of this has been officially confirmed by Disney as yet so take it with a pinch of salt, even though it kind of does make sense.
