Fallout 4 was undoubtedly one of the most popular games to come out last year, fans of the franchise had been waiting for the title for so long, it wasn’t surprising to see Fallout 4 become an instant success after its release in 2015. Even if you’ve finished the game mods ensure that the fun is not over yet. There’s a new Fallout 4 mod available now that actually adds seasons to the game so that you’re not stuck in nuclear winter the entire time, you can enjoy nuclear spring and summer as well.

“Nature reclaiming the wasteland” is basically what the purpose of this mod is, it brings all four seasons, winter has actual snow while spring brings flowers and greenery to the wasteland. In Autumn the trees are “fuller” and “fluffier.”

GameDuchess is behind the Fallout 4 Seasons mod, modern day Hiroshima and Nagasaki served as the inspiration for this mod, many of you might be well aware that those two cities have suffered through actual nuclear bomb attacks.

The mod is unable to cycle seasons automatically based on the in-game date so players have to manually switch between them for now, but it’s certainly the next logical step for this mod though it may take some time for that to happen.

Bear in mind that the mod is only good if you’re playing the title on PC since you can’t run modifications like these on consoles, players on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are out of luck unfortunately, PC gamers can get the Fallout 4 Seasons mod here.
