taylor swiftChances are even if you don’t listen to pop music, Taylor Swift is probably a name you have heard of. She made headlines last year when she managed to convince Apple to pay artists during the three months free trial for Apple Music, and she also relaxed the rules on her photography contracts after her hypocrisy was pointed out to her.

That being said, it looks like Swift is a huge name, huge enough where the folks at Glu have announced that they are working with the musician in developing a mobile game. According to Niccolo de Masi, Glu Chairman and CEO, “We realize that Taylor and her global fan base expect a new and highly differentiated mobile gaming experience. Glu is equally committed to designing never before seen gameplay elements that utilize Taylor’s unique creativity.”

This is actually the second celebrity that Glu has signed with in the past month or so. Just last month, the company announced that they would also be partnering with celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsay. Prior to this, the company also helped Kim Kardashian develop her own mobile game, which say what you will about the family, went on to be a success.

We’re not sure what kind of game will be the result of Glu and Swift’s partnership, but if you are a fan of Taylor Swift then perhaps the upcoming title could be worth checking out, which at the moment has been slated for a 2016 release.
