htc10_renders_1The HTC 10 is HTC’s upcoming flagship smartphone. This is a particularly important handset for the company simply because in the past few years, HTC hasn’t exactly been doing very well and has slowly been losing their market share to the likes of Samsung and LG, at least as far as the Android competition is concerned.

Now the HTC 10 is going to be departure from HTC’s previous phones namely because of its design. It is expected to more closely resemble the HTC One A9 rather than the previous One M handsets which is actually a good thing. We’ve seen various leaks so far, and thanks to renders created by Leoside on the XDA forums, we are looking at a mockup of what the handset could look like.

Note that these are actual official renders of the phone, but rather they are based off what we have heard and seen so far, and boy are we hoping that the actual product looks like what we are seeing in the photos above! The renderings show off the phone in various color options and it looks pretty sleek, what with the rumored chamfered edges that HTC has teased before.

Unfortunately to date we still do not know when the handset will be launched, but there are rumors that the phone could be released on the 19th of April meaning that we probably won’t have to wait too long to hear more about it. In the meantime what do you guys think? Do you like what you see?
