starcraft_2_novaGamers are probably well-aware of the fact that as far as the current StarCraft storyline is concerned, Legacy of the Void will conclude that. It’s similar to the Mass Effect franchise where the game will continue, just with new characters and a new storyline. That being said, there’s still some StarCraft 2 content left.

You might recall that in addition to Legacy of the Void, Blizzard also announced Nova Covert Ops, a DLC for the game. The good news is that we finally have a release date and it looks like it will be pretty soon. According to a listing on Blizzard’s Battle.net website (via VG247), the first episode pack will be released on the 29th of March.

The DLC will contain three episode packs, each with three missions, meaning that in total gamers can expect nine brand new missions. According to Blizzard’s listing, it is priced at $14.99 which appears to be a pre-purchase special with the full retail price set for $22.47, so head on over if you’d like to take advantage of the discount.

For those unfamiliar, Nova Covert Ops will see players play as the Nova Ghost character (from the cancelled StarCraft: Ghost title and Heroes of the Storm) and participate in missions such as infiltrating bases, intercepting invasions, and other stealthy-like activities.
