zukz2pro-outIt is not too long after ZUK CEO has more or less revealed that the company will feature the Samsung Exynos 8890 chipset in its upcoming ZUK Z2 smartphone, and here we are with a teaser that has been spotted over on Weibo (which is more or less China’s version of Twitter), where it shows off a Qualcomm Snapdragon logo. Does this mean that the ZUK Z2 will be released in other parts of the world, except that it will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset instead?

So far, there has been nothing concrete revealed about the situation just yet, although whispers on the grapevine do happen to point to the likes of the Snapdragon 652 and Snapdragon 820, which would mean the folks over at ZUK are working on a couple of variants of the ZUK Z2.

Not only that, the teaser image does point to a possible release date of the 31st of May, which happens to be one week away. As for other parts of the Chinese text in the teaser, it does mention “small screen flagship,” which would mean that we are looking at a device that would be no larger than 5” in screen size. Would you prefer a Samsung or a Qualcomm chipset in your handset?
