2K Games is working on a new Mafia title, it comes a long time after Mafia 2 was released, so fans of the series are very excited to see what the new game has in store for them. Before the new game arrives they have the chance to relive their memories of playing Mafia 2, as it has been re-released today on Steam. 2K is offering it for 80 percent off for one full week so that players can get the game for peanuts and take a trip down memory lane.

You may want to buy the game after all since there is a link between Mafia 2 and Mafia 3. One of the main characters of Mafia 2, Vito Scaletta, is one of the Lincoln Clay lieutenants in Mafia 3.
The Steam listing for this title is live now and it can be purchased for $5.99 until June 8th. Mafia 3 is going to be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 7th. A new demo and more details about the story and the gameplay will be revealed in the coming weeks.
