Microsoft’s Surface products are pretty well known to many, like the Surface Pro tablets and the Surface Book. While not exactly aimed at the average Joe, Microsoft also has the Surface Table which is basically a table with a giant touchscreen that is aimed at facilitating more interactive group discussions and collaborations.
That being said, if you are after a slightly more stylish version of the Surface Table, French company Kineti has created one of their own called the La Table Kineti. This is similar to what Microsoft had in mind for the Surface Table in the sense that it sports a massive 42-inch Full HD display that users can interact with.
The display is also said to be waterproof meaning that you can use it with your wet hands and not worry about ruining it. It also means you can use it to double up as a regular table where you can put plates and cups on it. It is also powered by Windows 10 meaning that if you’re familiar with Microsoft’s latest operating system, you should have no issues finding your way around it.
Unsurprisingly the La Table Kineti isn’t cheap. It is priced at a whopping $5,600 but considering how much Microsoft was asking for their Surface Tables, it is decidedly cheaper. For those interested, head on over to Kineti’s website for the details.
