fuji_xt2_f101Just last week we were treated to a photo and a detailed list of specs of the upcoming Fujifilm X-T2. Now it seems that the folks at Digicame-info are back and this time they have brought along a ton of newly leaked photos of the upcoming camera, including some accessories like the flash unit and its vertical camera grip.

Now for those who are learning about this for the first time, you might be wondering what so different about the X-T2 compared to the X-T1? After all a quick glance at the photos reveals a camera that doesn’t look too different from its predecessor, but if you were to take a look at the dials, this is where some of the changes can be seen.

For starters like we covered in a previous report, the metering dial now has a fourth option, whereas in the past there were only 3 options. Also you will notice that on the top of the camera, the video recording button is gone. Instead it has been moved to the left dial where it is now sitting underneath the ISO dial.

The shutter button is also threaded so you can use shutter release cables, or add a soft release button if that’s your thing. Of course since it can’t be confirmed if these images are real, we suggest you hold off on accepting them as fact yet, but Fujifilm is expected to make an announcement on the 7th of July so check back with us then for the details.
