iPhone-6-review-12
The Home button has been constant on the iPhone ever since the first handset came out back in 2007. It has always been in the same place on all iPhones and yet there are rumors these days that the Home button’s days might be limited. Another report from a reputable publication suggests that Apple is going to do away with the Home button in the 2017 iPhone.

There’s a lot of focus on the iPhone that Apple is going to come out with next year. It’s going to be the iPhone’s 10th anniversary and it’s expected that Apple will be pulling out all the stops and will launch a truly revolutionary iPhone model in 2017.

Bloomberg reports that the 2017 iPhone is not going to feature a Home button. It’s iconic in its own right and is loved by many users. It will be interesting to see how users will react if Apple really does do away with the iconic Home button.

Another report published recently suggested that Apple will launch three different iPhones next year with the third being a premium model which will be sans Home button. This model is also said to feature the first OLED display for an iPhone which will be curved much like that of the
Galaxy S7. Samsung is reportedly the supplier for this display.

Even some design changes are rumored for the 2017 iPhone though not it’s completely known at this point in time what those changes might be. As expected, Apple has not yet dropped any hints about its 2017 iPhone. The iPhone due to be launched next month is expected to be more of an evolutionary update.
