Samsung has introduced a refreshed version of the Galaxy TabPro S. The new 2-in-1 hybrid comes with improved specifications and a new paint job, which is one of the reasons why it’s calling this device the Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition. It’s a powerful Windows 10-powered tablet that comes with a bundled full-size keyboard so that users get the best of both worlds.

The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is powered by an Intel Core M3 2.2Ghz processor coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It also features a 12 inch Super AMOLED 2,160×1,440 pixel resolution display, 5 megapixel front and rear camera, a 5,200mAh battery as well as Windows 10 Home.

All of this is packaged inside a body that’s 11.43″ x 7.83″ x 0.25″ and weighs 1.53 pounds without the keyboard. As the name suggests, the refreshed model only comes in gold. Samsung says that the battery is good for 10.5 hours of video play time. It also features Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and USB C 3.1.

The keyboard has a flexible hinge which enables dual-angle viewing. It also has a Pogo pin connector which eliminates the need for pairing or charging separately.

Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition is now available for purchase, it costs $999.99.
