RedDeadRedemption-Multi-Edit029If you have been following the development of Rockstar’s “Red Dead Redemption”, then you’ve probably heard that its sequel was announced last month. Now unfortunately Red Dead Redemption 2 will only be seeing a release in the fall of 2017, which means that gamers still have about a year or so of waiting.

The good news is that to help you pass the time and get into the spirit of things, it has been announced that Red Dead Redemption will be released on the 6th of December. This is the original game and it will be finding its way onto the PS4 next week. This will include the release of the original game itself as well as the Halloween-themed zombie expansion, Undead Nightmare.

Given that the game debuted about 6 years ago, safe to say that it has been quite awhile ago that gamers last touched it. The plan to relaunch it on the PS4 was actually announced back in October, but at that time no specific dates were mentioned, at least until today. Note that gamers will need to be subscribed to PlayStation Now in order to enjoy the game.

The subscription service is priced at $20 a month and allows gamers access to PS3 games on both the PS4 and the PC. So if you aren’t subscribed already, maybe you should consider checking it out if you’d like to replay some classics.
