Apple is already selling the iPhone 7 in a new color that it’s calling Jet Black but there have been rumors that perhaps the company will offer the handset in a completely opposite color option as well that’s currently being referred to as Jet White. Apple hasn’t said anything about this yet but now a mockup of the rumored Jet White iPhone 7 has surfaced online in a new video.
The video was posted online by Sonny Dickson, someone who has leaked mockups of various Apple mobile devices in the past, the video shows shiny white casings that might have been sourced from a third-party based in China.
This doesn’t really confirm whether or not Apple is going to offer the iPhone 7 in Jet White. It’s evident from the video that these casings are not OEM hardware and are rather mockups that have been created by an independent party.
It was first reported in November that sources in Apple’s supply chain were claiming that the company was thinking about releasing the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in a glossy white color to go along with the Jet Black option it’s already offering.
The reports didn’t really say when Apple would be doing that so it’s anybody’s guess at this point in time. If you like what you see then keep your fingers crossed, there’s not much else you can do.
