At MWC 2017 last month, Samsung took the wraps off their latest tablet in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. It seems that with this tablet, Samsung plans on competing against the Windows-based hybrids around, like the Surface, or possibly even against Apple’s iPad Pros as the Galaxy Tab S3 does come with features like an S Pen and a keyboard accessory.

However what Samsung did not announce back then was how much the tablet could cost, and we speculated it could hover around the $500 range based on how much the Galaxy Tab S2, its predecessor, cost. Turns out we were almost right because thanks to a recent listing on Best Buy (via PhoneArena), the retailer has priced the tablet for $600.

Unfortunately the tablet isn’t available for purchase yet so we have to wonder if the price that they listed is simply a placeholder or this is really what it could cost. Since pre-orders have yet to open up it’s really anyone’s guess, but perhaps we should accept it at face value for now lest you end up being disappointed after hoping it could be cheaper.

There is no word on when the Galaxy Tab S3 will be released via Best Buy, but customers who are interested can sign up to be notified when it is finally available for purchase.
