As much as we’re sure HBO and Game of Thrones’ showrunners would love to keep things about the show as tightly locked up as possible until the episodes air, leaks are inevitable, especially when you have such a huge crew and there is always a possibility that someone might say something accidentally or intentionally.

We’ve seen several leaks make their way online in the past, but to be fair it’s hard to tell if they’re real. Now if you’re a huge stickler when it comes to spoilers, then you’ll want to avoid these leaks at all costs because in a recent report from HuffPost, Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (who plays Jaime Lannister) confirmed that most of the leaks you see online are the real deal.

The actor was quoted as saying, “What’s interesting, though, is every year there are huge spoilers online where people find out real stuff and they will post it, and you go, ‘Oh my God, they just spoiled the whole season online!’ But then, because there’s 10,000 other spoilers out there, they’re not real. It just gets lost in the shuffle. So, it’s all out there by the way … if you can find it.”

The upside is if you don’t care about spoilers then chances are what you read online will pretty much tell you what to expect. In the meantime Season 7 for Game of Thrones has been confirmed to begin airing on the 16th of July, 2017.
