Microsoft has had a major presence at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) ever since it made its first appearance back in 2010. The company says that 2018 is going to be no different and that this year it’s going to be the company’s “biggest showing ever,” however, it’s going to create an entirely new experience for attendees.

The majority of Microsoft’s E3 2018 presence will be set up at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, this will include the company’s annual media briefing and the Xbox FanFest activities.

Microsoft has decided to take over the bulk of its E3 2018 presence to the Microsoft Theater across the street from the Los Angeles Convention Center (where E3 2018 will be held) in collaboration with the organizers of E3, the Entertainment Software Association.

It’s at the Microsoft Theater that the company will make its Xbox E3 2018 Briefing on June 10th, 2018 at 1 pm PT. It’s also where Xbox FanFest activities, as well as hands-on gameplay and demos for all E3 attendees, will take place.

Despite moving the bulk of its E3 2018 presence across the street, Microsoft says that it will continue to have a “meaningful presence” at the Los Angeles Convention Center where a new booth will be completely dedicated to Mixer, allowing attendees to play, stream, and interact with games.

Microsoft will certainly have a lot of announcements to make at E3 2018 but it’s tightlipped about them at this point in time. The company is going to share more about its E3 plans in the not too distant future.
