Last year Bethesda announced Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. This means that if you were hoping to see a sequel, you might have to wait a bit before that happens. However Bethesda is more than happy to oblige if you’re open to the idea of spin-offs, which the company has announced at E3 2018 in the form of Wolfenstein: Youngblood.

According to the description of the game, “Announced at the 2018 Bethesda E3 Showcase, Wolfenstein: Youngblood stars Jessica and Sophia Blazkowicz, the twin daughters of Anya & BJ. Together, they’ll wage a tag-team offensive to take back Paris from Nazi tyranny and locate their father in an intense co-operative campaign. It’s up to you – and a friend – to uphold the Blazkowicz family tradition of Nazi-killin’ and save the world when Youngblood releases in 2019.”

It sounds like an interesting game and provides more background to Wolfenstein’s protagonist. Youngblood will be a co-op game, although it is unclear if this means you play with another player, or if you will get to control both characters at once. Details are a bit scarce at the moment with only the teaser trailer released, but with the game set for a release in 2019, we expect more details should be revealed later this year.
