There are several companies that are developing all-electric supercars and you can now add German car manufacturer Audi to the list as well. The company has revealed that it’s going to show off a concept of its first electric supercar, the PB 18 e-tron, at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance next month. This isn’t Audi’s first foray into the electric car game, though.

Audi has previously revealed multiple all-electric vehicles. Its first electric car, the 2019 e-tron, hasn’t been launched as yet but Audi won’t let that get in the way of exciting supercar fans with its all-electric contender.

The company mentions that its supercar EV concept has technology which has been developed from the R18 e-tron vehicle that won the Le Mans series. A teaser image has been released by the company which hints at a planted stance for the device which one would expect from a supercar. We can also make out a raised spoiler and slim headlights.

No technical details are available at this point in time so it’s unclear just how much power this supercar is going to have and what kind of a range will it be able to promise on a single charge. Audi will formally unveil its supercar EV concept on August 23rd and that’s likely when we’ll get more details about it.
