Sony is one of the many companies after your dollars with its flagship smartphones. The Xperia XZ2 Premium is one such device. Sony unveiled the handset in February this year and it has all of the features that one would expect from a flagship smartphone in 2018. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is now available for purchase at a price that might cause some buyers to think twice before putting money down for the handset.

The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It also supports external expansion through a microSD card. The design itself has been updated compared to its predecessor and comes complete with curved glass and a fingerprint sensor that’s placed at the back.

Sony started taking pre-orders for the handset a couple of months ago but the handset is now finally available for purchase from online retailers such as Amazon. Best Buy is also selling it for $999.99.

It merits mentioning here that this is an unlocked device that’s only compatible with GSM networks so if you’re planning to use this smartphone on a CDMA network, you’re out of luck. The handset is available for purchase in Chrome Silver and Chrome Black colors.
