The Google Pixel 3 XL leaks have been all over the internet these past few weeks as quite a few units have made their way into the wild. We have even seen a proper unboxing video of the handset even though the company is yet to confirm when this device will be launched. A new set of Pixel 3 XL images have leaked online because someone left behind a unit in a Lyft.

AndroidPolice received images of a pre-production unit of the Google Pixel 3 XL that was left behind by someone in a Lyft. The driver of the car found the device in the back seat after dropping off a few passengers and passed along the images to the scribe.

The driver felt that perhaps his own Pixel 2 XL had somehow fallen in the back but it didn’t take long for him to realize that it was the Pixel 3 XL given that it has a notch. The Google logo at the back also made it clear to him that this is a new Pixel handset.

The images don’t show anything out of the ordinary as far as the device’s design is concerned. We have all seen it many times by now. Google hasn’t confirmed as yet, though, when it’s planning to launch the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.
