Earlier this year during E3 2018, Bandai Namco took the wraps off a brand new fighting game called Jump Force. While the company is no stranger to fighting games, what caught the attention of many was that Jump Force will basically be a fighting game that features some of the biggest names and characters from anime.
The debut trailer saw the likes of Dragon Ball, Naruto, One Piece, Death Note, and Bleach, just to name a few. It was expected that the game would be released in 2019, but there was no mention of when, at least until now where Bandai Namco has confirmed that the game will be released on the 15th of February, 2019.
The game will also be launched on the PC, the PS4, and the Xbox One. There was no mention of the Nintendo Switch so for Switch gamers, it looks like you might have to sit this one out. It is possible that it could arrive for the Switch at a later date, but we would advise against getting your hopes up just yet. We have no idea how the game will play, but the graphics do look pretty amazing along with the fighting animations, so if you’re a fan of anime then perhaps this is a title to look forward come 2019.
