If you love arcade fighting games and anime, then you might have heard of Bandai Namco’s Jump Force game. For those who are unfamiliar, Jump Force is an upcoming fighting game that will feature a roster of some of the biggest names from anime, such as Naruto, Bleach, Dragon Ball, and One Piece, just to name a few.

For those who are hoping to see even more anime characters added to the lineup, then you’ll be pleased to learn that Bandai Namco has since announced that they’ll be adding characters from My Hero Academia and Black Clover to the list. This means that players can look forward to play as Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia, and Asta from Black Clover.

It was previously revealed that these characters would be playable in the game, but this is the first time that we’re actually seeing them in action, thanks to a new gameplay trailer. As expected, these characters will feature skills and abilities that mimic their skills from their respective anime, so if you’ve always wondered what it would be like to use Izuku Midoriya’s One For All power or Asta’s Black Meteorite, this could be your chance.

Jump Force is currently set for a release on the 15th of February, 2019. The game will be playable on the PS4, Xbox One, and the PC. Unfortunately there is no mention of the Nintendo Switch so it looks like Switch gamers will probably have to sit this one out, at least for the foreseeable future.
