Want to buy a TV with a huge display? Unfortunately the larger the screen, the larger the price tag which means that unless you have a lot of money lying around, getting your hands on a TV with a 120-inch display will set you back a small fortune. However LG thinks that they might have a solution.

The company has announced the LG CineBeam Laser 4K projector which has the ability to project images as large as 120-inches. Granted it might not necessarily have the same feel compared to a 120-inch TV with OLED or QLED technology, but the upside is that it won’t take up too much room as you can position it wherever you want, making the projected screen as big or small as you like.

Also the ability to project in 4K means that images and videos projected through it should be relatively sharp. It also appears that LG will be integrating its ThinQ AI with the projector, meaning that you’ll be able to use voice commands to control it. There is also a Magic Remote that will let you control the projector via gestures. Unfortunately there is no word on pricing or availability, but it’s probably a safe bet to assume that the CineBeam Laser 4K will definitely be cheaper than a TV with the same size.
