The biggest gaming convention is just a couple of months away and the hype is already building. Microsoft has a major presence at E3 and this year won’t be any different. The company has confirmed that its E3 2019 press conference will take place on Sunday, June 9th. That’s where the company will talk about its plans for the future of Xbox.

Earlier reports have suggested that E3 2019 could be one of Microsoft’s biggest ever appearances at the gaming convention. The company confirms that its E3 2019 press conference will kick off at 1 pm PT / 4 pm ET on Sunday, June 9th. It will stream the proceedings live on Mixer, Xbox consoles, and other platforms.

The company has also revealed that a special E3 episode of Inside Xbox is going to be aired the following day on June 10th. That livestream is going to have several “exclusive announcements, game demos, interviews” and more as part of the E3 festivities.

The Xbox FanFest is making a return as well for its 5th anniversary. It will take place during the week of E3 in which fans will be able to join and celebrate Microsoft’s gaming platform. Microsoft won’t be sharing the spotlight with Sony this time around as the latter has already confirmed that it will be skipping E3 this year. It’s actually the first time that Sony has dropped out of E3.
