You will soon be able to experience some of Marvel’s most iconic comic books in a new format. The company has teamed up with audiobook producer Dreamscape Media to adapt several of its comic stories as “read-to-me style audiobooks,” according to a report. These audiobooks will be available later this year in September.

Variety reports that the titles that Dreamscape will be adapting include almost two dozen comic books such as The Ultimate X-Men, Daredevil: The Man Without Fear, The Ultimate Spider-Man, and others. All of these titles will become available starting September.

“We are proud to collaborate with Marvel Entertainment to give fans a new way to connect with their favorite superheroes,” said Dreamscape Media publisher Tammy Faxel. Fans will be able to access these audiobooks through many different platforms including but not limited to Apple Books, Amazon, Audible, Google Play, Overdrive, and others.

These Marvel titles will also be distributed through Hoopla which is a digital media service which works with local libraries. This will enable library patrons to listen to these audiobooks for free through the Hoopla app. They will only be able to do that provided that their local library has signed up for the Hoopla service.
