With August just a day away, Microsoft today confirmed the Xbox Games with Gold lineup for the month of August 2019. Subscribers get a handful of titles for free as part of their subscription every month. The company delivers them the most bang for their buck with this. It’s offering great new titles in the coming month which include Gears of War 4 for the Xbox One.
Xbox Live Gold members will receive two games each for the Xbox One and Xbox 360. Since the latter’s titles are always backward compatible, this means that subscribers on the Xbox One will actually get access to four titles.
First up is Gears of War 4 for Xbox Live Gold members with an Xbox One. The title will be available as a free download throughout the month of August 2019. Forza Motorsport 6 will be available for them as well from August 16th to September 15th.
Torchlight goes free for the Xbox 360 starting August 1st and will remain so until the 15th of the coming month. Xbox Live Gold members will be able to download Castlevania: Lords of Shadow for free from August 16th through August 31st. Both of these titles will be accessible on the Xbox One as well.
