The Mortal Kombat franchise is an interesting one. Putting aside all the gory fights, over the years, the developer has managed to snag themselves some pretty sweet deals where they have managed to bring popular comic and movie characters into the Mortal Kombat universe, and Mortal Kombat 11 will be no different.

The company has recently taken the wraps off the rest of the roster for its Kombat Pack, in which it seems that we will be able to expect Spawn, Terminator, and the Joker just to name a few. This is in addition to other characters such as Nightwolf, Shang Tsung, and Sindel. We have to say that addition of the Terminator and the Joker is a pleasant surprise and quite the crossover.

In a way it is also a bit of a coincidence as the previous Mortal Kombat had the Predator as one of its DLC characters, and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger was also in one of the Predator movies, so to see his Terminator character make an appearance is a happy coincidence. The characters won’t all be released at once.

So far, both Nightwolf and Shang Tsung have already been released, but the Terminator is expected to arrive on the 8th of October, Sindel on the 26th of November, the Joker on the 28th of January, 2020, and Spawn (who was previously confirmed) who will be arriving on the 17th of March, 2020.
