A day after uncovering an alleged Samsung S11 render, we might have more substantial information for Samsung’s upcoming flagship device.

SamMobile was quick to spot the addition of the alleged smartphone with ‘Samsung SM-G986B‘ as the model number for Galaxy S11 on Geekbench 5.

Even though we have the benchmark results and the potential specifications through Geekbench reports, take it with a pinch of salt.

The Geekbench report shows that the Galaxy S11 5G will be powered up by the Exynos 990 SoC (a.k.a Exynos 9830). In addition to the chipset, it will be coupled with 12 Gigs of RAM.

Of course, the U.S variant might feature the upcoming Snapdragon 865 chipset. But, that is just an assumption for now.

Coming back to the benchmark results, it does not look quite well. The single-core and multi-core scores are not what you would expect them to be.

The alleged early test unit that popped up on Geekbench 5 may not be the best performing device but as it stands- things are not looking good.

It is also worth noting that it is the 5G variant of the Samsung Galaxy S11 that we are talking about. For the LTE model, the specifications (or the RAM) could be a different story.

As of now, a lot of interesting details about the Galaxy S11 still remain to be uncovered. We shall keep you up-to-date with the information.
