When it comes to gaming mice, there are some who prefer their mice to be heavy because they feel that a heavier mouse provides them with a greater degree of control and precision. Others prefer a more lightweight design because it might be easier to carry with them and it is also “faster” in the sense that users can quickly move it about.

This is entirely personal preference, but in case you’re shopping for a new gaming mouse and one of the main criterias that you have is that it must be light, then you might want to check out  the Logitech G PRO X Superlight. This is a mouse based on the Logitech G PRO except that Logitech has made some design changes to make this mouse its lightest wireless gaming mouse to date.

According to Logitech, “To meet the demands of competitive gaming, the new PRO X SUPERLIGHT was designed to remove all obstacles to winning by being Logitech G’s lightest, fastest PRO Wireless mouse yet. Meticulously redesigned and engineered to reduce weight while enhancing performance, the new PRO X SUPERLIGHT is less than 63 grams and nearly 25% lighter than the standard PRO Wireless.”

Despite its lightweight nature, the mouse will still pack some of the higher-end features that one might expect from such a device, such as Logitech’s G HERO 25K sensor, 2.4GHz LIGHTSPEED wireless connectivity, and according to the company, it will provide gamers with up to 70 hours of battery life per charge. If you’re interested in picking one up for yourself, it will be available via Logitech’s website on the 3rd of December where it is priced at $150.
