Last week, it was announced that Oppo and Hasselblad would be entering into a three year partnership together, and for those who are eager to see the fruits of that partnership, you won’t have to wait too long because Oppo has recently announced their latest flagship smartphone, the Oppo Find X5 Pro.

The cameras on the Find X5 Pro include two 50MP Sony IMX766 sensors, one of which will be a wide-angle camera, and the other an ultrawide-angle camera. Then there will also be an accompanying 15MP telephoto lens to help round everything off. The wide camera sensor will also feature 5-axis image stabilization to help with any shaking or vibrations when you hold the phone trying to shoot video or photos.

The phone will also be utilizing a 6nm MariSilicon X chip that will help reduce noise when taking photos in low light, and also enable features like 4K Ultra Night Video, and it utilizes AI to help with image processing.

As for the performance of the phone, given its flagship status, it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. There is also a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that uses a variable refresh rate that can go from 1-120Hz and supports a 3,216 x 1,440 resolution and can go up to 1,300 nits of brightness.

There is also IP68 certification when it comes to water and dust resistance, plus a 5,000mAh battery which also supports Oppo’s 80W SuperVOOC charging that can go from 0-50% in just 12 minutes. Sales of the Oppo Find X5 Pro will be available on the 14th of March where the 12GB of RAM and 256GB variant will be priced at €1,300.
